Zucchini

My Mom went to a caning thing and there canned zucchini.It taste like canned pears.The recipe is
4 qts cubed or shredded zucchini
46 oz canned unsweetened pineapple juice
1-1/2 cup bottled lemon juice
3 cup sugar


Yield: about 8 to 9 pints.

Procedure Peel zucchini and either cut into 1/2-inch cubes or shred. Mix zucchini with other ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes. Fill jars with hot mixture
and cooking liquid, leaving 1/2-inch headspace. Adjust lids and process.

Party

One of my friends are moving. So we had a big party. All I had for lunch was candy. Then after we ran threw the sprinklers.

Broken Bones

Me and my dad did Science. We learned about broken bones, my dad put me in a splint.

Skiing/Tubing

I went tubing with my brother and sister. We went on big hills. Me my Mom and my sister raced Mason, us 3 won.
I went skeing to it wus FUN. I stayed ahead the whole time. Ther were big hills. I went
fast.

Soap

I carved soap with my knife. It was hard but it was fun. The soap is not smooth.
